
The Skin Bar Policies
Gift Cards:
All gift cards are final sale. No cash back and no gratuities may be applied toward the use of a gift card.
Children:
We love children, but for the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the treatment area. We do not assume responsibility for your child during your visit. No exceptions. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in cancellation, which will be considered a cancellation without proper notice.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is at your discretion and may be provided in the form of cash as we do not tip through our system. (Most technicians also accept Venmo.)
Returns:
All sales are final.
Online Booking:
Our booking system requires a credit card to secure your appointment. Rest assured, we do not see your card information as it is securely stored in our processing system. You will not be charged at the time of booking and may use another form of payment at checkout. However, your card on file may be charged in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If you prefer to schedule by phone or email, a card will still be required to secure your appointment.
Tardiness:
We expect all appointments to start on time. If you are running behind, you may forfeit your appointment time and will be considered a cancellation without proper notice.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice of all cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee, as it is very difficult for us to fill last-minute openings.
Any cancellations within 30 minutes of a scheduled appointment or missed appointments will be considered a "no show" and will be charged the full appointment fee.
Infrared Sauna Appointments:
Due to the reserved nature of infrared sauna sessions, the same cancellation policy applies.
Infrared Sauna No-Show Fees:

Non-members: 50% of the service fee

Sauna members: $15 missed appointment fee

Groupon sessions: Voucher will be redeemed or the card on file will be charged
Membership Policy:
The membership charge is auto-drafted monthly. There is no penalty or fee for cancellation after your first 2 months. Membership must be canceled in person with proper documentation. Must be an active member during your birth month to receive a birthday treat. Membership discounts may not be combined with other offers or used toward packages. No refunds will be issued on monthly payments. If your card is declined, you will have 15 days to contact us or your membership will be terminated. Membership perks may not be used for family or friends.
Adverse Reactions:
In the event of an allergic reaction to a product or service, we ask that you immediately seek medical attention and report to us within 24 hours of your appointment, including a photo if possible.
